Saturday events cannot be scheduled before 4 PM due to lack of parking.
NO BACKYARD RENTALS DURING THE PERIOD 10/15 – 5/15. In the event of inclement weather and a planned event for the backyard must move indoors you must pay the difference between Backyard and Janssen Hall cost.
Bartender Cost – $15.00 per hour plus 1 hour for set-up and clean-up. Minimum of 4 hours.
Security Cost – $30.00 per hour with minimum of 4 hours. (2 for 1-80 guests and 3 for over 80 guests). ANYTIME Alcohol is served Security is mandatory.

Hall rental deposits must be received before the function is placed on the calendar and the contract paid in full 5 days prior to the event.

Rental deposits are refunded five days following the date of rental.

Rental deposits are not refunded if you did not clean up or there is damage.
